Miss Missouri 2024 Ashley Berry is a Kansas City native and currently lives in Clinton, Missouri. She is a Junior at the University of Alabama where she is studying News Media and Political Science with aspirations of being a political correspondent.

Ashley has been a part of the Miss Missouri Organization since she was 13 years old. She was crowned Miss Missouri’s Teen in 2021 and represented Missouri at Miss America’s Teen that same year. As part of her prize package, Ashley was awarded a full tuition scholarship to the University of Alabama for being a state Miss America’s Teen titleholder.

Ashley’s community service initiative is “Media Smart,” which promotes media literacy education and the implementation of media literacy curriculum in schools throughout the State of Missouri. She has been dancing for over 15 years.

Ashley intends to spend her year of service advocating for the passage of a state legislation that will require the addition of a media literacy curriculum in Missouri schools to arm future generations with the tools they need to be “Media Smart.” Ashley is available to talk to students as young as elementary level about how to be good digital citizens, to middle schoolers about how to be safe and respectful online and how to spot fake media, and to high schoolers about what it means to think critically about the messages they are receiving through all types of media.

Ashley would love to attend your events this year as a keynote speaker, hostess, performer, and more. She is excited to be a positive presence in Missouri as she prepares to take on Miss America 2025 while promoting “Media Smart” and Miss America’s official community service initiative, the American Heart Association. She enjoys meeting and speaking to Missourians of all ages and is proud to serve as an ambassador for the state in her official capacity as Miss Missouri.

Introducing our stunning Miss Spirit of St. Louis on this Title-holder Tuesday, Faith Whatley-Blaine!! ✨ Faith Whatley-Blaine, the current Miss Spirit of St. Louis, is on a mission to make a difference through her initiative, CSI: 1 Day 1 Meal 1 Love. Through this program, she dedicates her time and resources to providing food, hygiene products, and winter clothes to the unsheltered community. Her efforts go beyond just giving—she focuses on listening, sharing stories, and building meaningful connections. When she’s not supporting her community, Faith is pursuing her law degree at Saint Louis University, where she is proud to have made the Dean’s List. Outside of school and service, she enjoys playing piano, solving Rubik’s cubes, walking her dogs, and playing board games with friends. Faith is excited to continue her advocacy work through the Miss America Organization and contribute to creating a better world for those around her. Tonight’s launch party for the March/April edition of LO Profile magazine feels like a full-circle moment. Growing up in the Miss Missouri organization, I’d collect these magazines with each Miss Missouri on the cover, hoping one day it would be me. It’s beyond humbling to see my journey come to life in such a beautiful way. Thank you, Missy, and the entire @loprofilemagazine team, for not only believing in me but for perfectly capturing my heart and story. It’s Title Holder Tuesday!! Meet stunning Sarah George, Miss Kansas City International! 🤍 As a second-year medical student in a competitive six-year BA/MD program, Sarah is on the fast track to becoming a doctor. Her passion for women’s health is evident in everything she does—whether she’s advocating for better healthcare policies in the hospital room, conducting women’s health research, or observing life-changing procedures in the operating room. She has a special love for watching C-sections! Beyond her studies, Sarah actively participates in clinical research focused on medical student safety in the operating room, pelvic congestion syndrome, and apical prolapse surgeries, with her work published in leading medical journals. Her Community Service Initiative, Menstrual Health Equity for Every Cycle. Period., is a direct reflection of her commitment to improving women’s healthcare. She works to eliminate barriers to menstrual products, increase education on reproductive health, and advocate for all generations to achieve menstrual health literacy. She desires to carve out spaces - whether it be in the healthcare system or in everyday classrooms - for women to feel safe and celebrated to share their journeys when it comes to their reproductive and menstrual health. Being a part of the Miss Missouri Organization has given her the platform to merge her love for medicine and advocacy, and she is grateful for the opportunity to make a difference. Today at the Springfield Go Red for Women Luncheon, I was inspired by the incredible women who have made it their mission to raise awareness about heart health. So often, we put the needs of others before our own, forgetting to prioritize our own well-being. But now is the time to shift that mindset and take charge of our health for a brighter, healthier future. It was an honor to model a stunning ring for the live auction, and to connect with so many passionate individuals committed to this cause. It’s Titleholder Tuesday! Introducing the beautiful Miss Mark Twain 2025, Kate Czarny! 🤍✨👑 Kate currently resides in Columbia, MO where she is pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree at the University of Missouri. When she graduates in 2026, she plans to pursue a career as a livestock practitioner. Kate has earned almost $4000 in scholarships for her DVM since she began competing in the Miss America Opportunity. Kate’s CSI, The Lasting Impact, is focused on the importance of concussion education and prevention for all ages. When she sustained her fifth concussion at only 17 years old, she began to realize the lack of resources available for concussion recognition, reporting, and recovery and wanted to make a change. She recently had the opportunity to provide the first ever concussion prevention training for Special Olympics athletes in Missouri! A fun fact about Kate is that she recently checked an item off her bucket list when she spent the first three weeks of 2025 in Alaska exploring and working as a student vet on the Copper Basin 300 sled dog race!
